Returns & Refund Policy

Returns Within 60 Days You can return your order within 60 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be in their original condition, including all original labels and tags
  • The original packaging must be undamaged and complete
  • Returned items must show no signs of use, washing or damage

Please note: If returned items do not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return. Returns may be declined if products have been used or damaged.

All returns must be sent with tracked shipping (Track & Trace). Returns sent without tracking are at the customer's own risk. Lost returns cannot be refunded without valid proof of postage.

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

Once we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation email. After successful processing, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method used.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 5 minutes of placing the order.

After this period, the order is automatically processed and cancellation is no longer possible. If you wish to cancel your order within this timeframe, please contact us immediately at info@noreyaskincare.com.

All returns are at the sender's own risk. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.


Wrong Item or Wrong Size

If you have received the wrong item or wrong size due to an error on our part, we will of course send you the correct item free of charge.

Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so that we can assist you.


Refunds

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after we have received and inspected the returned items.
