ARTICLE 1 – DEFINITIONS
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
Withdrawal Period: The period within which the consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal.
Consumer: The natural person who does not act in the course of a trade or profession and enters into a distance contract with the trader.
Continuous Performance Contract: A distance contract relating to a series of products and/or services, the delivery and/or purchase obligation of which extends over a period of time.
Durable Medium: Any medium that enables the consumer or trader to store information in a way that allows future consultation and unchanged reproduction.
Right of Withdrawal: The consumer's right to withdraw from the distance contract within the withdrawal period.
Trader: The natural or legal person who offers products and/or services to consumers at a distance.
Distance Contract: A contract concluded within an organised system for distance selling, where only means of distance communication are used up to and including the conclusion of the contract.
Means of Distance Communication: Any means that can be used to conclude a contract without the consumer and trader being physically present at the same time.
Terms and Conditions: These Terms and Conditions of the trader.

ARTICLE 3 – APPLICABILITY
These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by the trader and to every distance contract between the trader and consumer.
Before the distance contract is concluded, these Terms and Conditions will be made available to the consumer.
If the contract is concluded electronically, the Terms and Conditions may be provided electronically and stored by the consumer.
Should additional product or service conditions apply, the consumer may in the event of conflicting conditions always rely on the provision most favourable to them.
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be wholly or partially invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply.
ARTICLE 4 – THE OFFER
Offers with a limited period of validity or subject to special conditions will be explicitly stated as such.
All offers are non-binding. The trader reserves the right to amend or withdraw offers.
Products and services offered will be described as fully and accurately as possible. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product.
Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer shall not be binding on the trader.
Every offer shall clearly state:
- The price
- Any applicable shipping costs
- Payment, delivery and performance conditions
- The existence of the right of withdrawal
- Available sizes, colours and materials
ARTICLE 5 – THE CONTRACT
The contract is concluded once the consumer accepts the offer and meets the stated conditions.
Upon electronic acceptance, the trader will immediately confirm receipt of the order electronically.
The trader may verify whether the consumer is able to meet their payment obligations and may refuse orders accordingly.
Every contract is subject to product availability.
ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 60 days without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period begins on the day after receipt of the goods.
During the withdrawal period, the consumer is obliged to handle the product and its packaging with care.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify the trader in writing or by email within 60 days.
Following notification, the product must be returned within 60 days.
ARTICLE 7 – COSTS OF WITHDRAWAL
The cost of returning goods shall be borne by the consumer.
Payments already made will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of return.
ARTICLE 8 – EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal may be excluded for products:
- Made to the consumer's specifications
- That are clearly personalised
- That cannot be returned for hygiene reasons after opening
- That deteriorate or expire quickly
- Whose price is subject to fluctuations in the financial market
ARTICLE 9 – PRICES
Prices stated remain valid for the duration of the offer, subject to changes in applicable VAT.
Any import duties or customs charges shall be borne by the consumer.
Printing and typographical errors shall not be binding on the trader.
ARTICLE 10 – CONFORMITY AND WARRANTY
The trader warrants that products conform to the contractual agreements and applicable legal requirements.
Defects must be reported within 60 days of delivery.
The warranty shall not apply in cases of improper use or modifications made by third parties.
ARTICLE 11 – DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE
Orders are processed with the utmost care and delivered to the address provided by the consumer.
Delivery will generally take place within 14 days, unless otherwise agreed.
In the event of delivery delays, the consumer will be informed.
The risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer upon delivery.
ARTICLE 12 – CONTINUOUS PERFORMANCE CONTRACTS
Continuous performance contracts may be terminated by the consumer at any time with a maximum notice period of one month.
ARTICLE 13 – PAYMENT
Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made within 7 business days.
The consumer is obliged to report any incorrect payment details immediately.
In the event of late payment, reasonable collection costs may be charged.
ARTICLE 14 – COMPLAINTS
Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of identifying the issue.
Complaints will be responded to within 14 days.
ARTICLE 15 – GOVERNING LAW
Dutch law applies exclusively, even if the consumer resides abroad.
ARTICLE 16 – SMS MARKETING
By signing up for SMS marketing, the consumer agrees to receive transactional and promotional messages.
